Expected outcomes
Project general outcome:
to improve social dialogue and cooperation!
Expected outcomes are:
- increased awareness on the social dialogue and cooperation issues
- strengthened tripartite cooperation at the national level
- strengthened bipartite cooperation at the national level
- raised the level of trust between participating social partners
- collective bargaining agreement signed in the framework of the programme.
The project meets the criteria of the call with regards to the administrative criteria as well as the objectives of the call for proposals. It addresses the main challenges indicated in the call for social dialogue and cooperation and strengthens bilateral relations between the Czech Republic and Norway through transferring Norwegian best practices in the above-mentioned matters.
